Privately owned, TeamOps employs a hierarchical management structure. Our event day Supervisors report directly to the Event Manager who in turn reports directly to the Director of Operations. TeamOps also dedicates full-time management staff to assist our workforce at all times; this includes, but is not limited to, our Human Resource Manager, the Training and Event Operations Manager and their teams. These management personnel have limited actual event involvement, enabling them to devote their time and resources to the workforce as a whole.
